Corporate Consulting represents a team of Executive Search Consultants who understand that their clients are better served by a firm who studies the culture of their clients first, and then analyzes the specific technical needs of the position.

The collective 80 years of recruiting experience was used to define a unique interview methodology that efficiently and successfully identifies the most qualified professionals for each engagement. This methodology involves a personal meeting with our candidates in an attempt to profile professional, personal, cultural and technical attributes of the professional. After the selection of the five most qualified candidates, we present a comparative analysis of the professionals and discuss the merits of each individual based on the position requirements, personality profiles and culture of the client environment.

Corporate Consulting will assist the client throughout the entire selection process, including: coordinating interviews, providing detailed feedback and post-meeting analysis, compensation formulation, offer execution and acceptance, along with successfully transitioning the candidate into the new position. Our process also includes frequent and periodic follow-up conversations with both the client and candidate to ensure that the new relationship is meeting expectations.
